We ship nationwide. All shipping services follow a working or business day week (Monday – Friday excluding Bank & Public Holidays).
Same Day Flower Delivery - Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia Areas
Please note that our courier service can be used for same-day deliveries if specified in advance via special request. The area served by our courier service for express same-day includes all of Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia Areas. Order by xpm EST for same-day rush flower delivery, Monday through Friday for an extra charge. Have roses delivered the same day and surprise your loved one with preserved rose arrangements on any special occasion. The charge for same day rush delivery depends on your current order and the time you place an order.
Large and Small Box Arrangement Shipping
Our Small and Large Box arrangements ship either via UPS or FedEx whichever options are available to all parts of the US. Your order will arrive as quickly as possible with the couriers. Our courier, on rare occasion, will deliver a box of our long-lasting roses a day early if the shipment was sped up through their system. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Case of Order or Identity Verification
We use a Third-Party Verification system and have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer via email if their order has been flagged. In some cases, we may have to require additional processing time in the case of an order or identity verification.
Delivery Insurance
All Eternelle Rose arrangements shipped domestically within the US include tracking information and package insurance. Any changes to the order’s ship-to address after the product has been shipped may attract in additional fees charged by the courier.
Rose Box
Nothing rivals getting a big delivery of real preserved roses. Our roses are delivered with everything they need to last for a year and beyond. Our unique preserving process does all the work for you, so no maintenance is required. Please leave the roses in the hatbox they arrive in for best results
